Payment Policy

Payments can be made using Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Paypal and ideal. All transactions are encrypted for your safety. 

Our credit card service provider, Stripe, allows us to accept credit card payments, however, do note that there may be an international charge on your credit card. We are unable to refund and exchange rate or international transaction charges. 

If you have a promotion code, please enter it in the shopping cart page in the ‘Discount’ field and click on ‘Apply’. Please check the expiry date of your promotion code before using it. Please note that you cannot use more than one promotion code for the same purchase order.

A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified. We begin preparing your order immediately after it is verified. With this sort of time frame, it makes it difficult for us to change or cancel your order, however, we do allow cancellations within 24 hours of placing your order.

Your order will be charged in EUR and converted by whatever payment type you paid with at the exchange rate they designate. If you want to know what the exchange rate is before you buy, please contact your credit card company or for general exchange rates please see http://www.xe.com/.

The prices of the products will be as displayed on the Website. Prices may change from time to time, but changes will not affect any order which we have confirmed in the Order Confirmation.

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing your order. Once the order is shipped, you will receive, via email, a shipping confirmation. Once a product is shipped, the Return and Exchange Policy will apply.

Designed by Dori may cancel orders for any reason. Some common situations in which orders are cancelled may include: The item is out of stock and there are no plans of restocking it, pricing errors or credit card payment is declined by the issuing financial institution, or we are unable to ship to your destination.
