Our products are all handmade in the Netherlands, in the Designedbydori workshop therefore, shipping times will be varied depending on where you live.
Standard shipping cost in the Netherlands is EUR 6.95. The international shipping cost depends on your location, please estimate your cost here.
General delivery time within the Netherlands 2 work days, to the rest of the world 14 work days.
(Designedbydori will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with its obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.)

WHY WAS I SENT MULTIPLE TRACKING NUMBERS?
If you ordered multiple products, please note that you may receive several packages, thus we have to ship your items order by order.

In most cases, your order will reach your shipping address within 14 work days. However, there are rare cases when the item reach you after more than 30 days. If this happens, please contact us at designedbydori@gmail.com and we will investigate your order.

We offer Paypal, as well as Stripe which is a secure payment gateway that ensures buyer protection and provides payment guarantees while never keeping any credit card information on file.
We also use Shopify as our platform which uses secure SSL encryption and never hosts scam sites (yuck!).
